WHERE DO WE SHIP OLI OLI PRODUCTS?

Currently, we only ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.

HOW DO WE SHIP OLI OLI PRODUCTS?

USPS Priority shipping and FedEx Ground shipping are complimentary with all orders.

Orders are being shipped during business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN OLI OLI PRODUCT?

You can return your order within 14 calendar days from the date of shipment. To return or exchange an item, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at info@oliolibeaute.com with your order number.

DO I NEED A RETURN SLIP?

In an effort to reduce waste, we do not include return slips in your order. Simply email us at info@oliolibeaute.com and our Customer Service Team will be happy to help you place your return. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive. Once received, we will initiate a refund which will be credited back to your original form of payment (typically 3-7 business days).
